It doesn’t get more local! Cinema Septic was founded in 2012 by Fred West in Concrete, WA. He saw the need to provide quality septic services to eastern Skagit County. In 2022 Fred was ready to ride his mules into the sunset and sold his business to Nick Stormont. Like Fred, Nick provides the top quality service to his customers and is committed to high ethical standards.
